Founding Member of EMD, with a background in Mechanical Engineering and Management, Mr. Maiman has served in technical roles as a senior level design engineer in consumer, commercial, industrial and DOD product development and process engineering. Most recently, prior to starting IPS, Mr. Maiman served in increasingly responsible management positions leading up to Vice President of Engineering at Symbol Technologies (now Motorola). Mr. Maiman is a high energy individual who is adept at working with clients synthesizing ideas and opportunities from his diverse experiences and professional network. Mr. Maiman has an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University in NYC and an MBA specializing in Technical Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Rutherford, NJ. He served as an Adjunct Professor at Stony Brook University. Mitch engaged in numerous technical and personal developments educational experiences over the years and considers himself a life-long learner. |
